As an indication, our 2023 professional solicitors fees start from:

- Buying your home from €2,350.00 + VAT
- Additional Outlay when buying -
- Stamp duty - 1% of the purchase price up to €1m
- Registration fees charged by the Land Registry - depends on the purchase price and if you are getting a mortgage - from €130.00 to €1,050.00
- Search fees - from €70.00
