Niall Geaney

BA LLB Solicitor

Niall mainly advises clients in respect of Business Law, Planning and Environmental Law, Residential and Commercial Property Law, Sports related Law and Employment Law.

He is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

Niall is a member of the Irish Centre for European Law in Trinity College. Niall also sits on the Board of a number charities. He also has a keen interest in sports law, particularly the area of Motorsport Law and advises the National Governing Body Motorsport Ireland on regulatory and disciplinary matters.

Niall also sits as a Panel Judge to the Formula One - Federation Internationale D'Automobile (FIA) Cost Adjudication Panel from 2021. 

Niall was educated at the University of Limerick where he graduated in 2004 an L.L.B Law Degree prior to qualifying as a Solicitor.

Patrick Geaney

Patrick established the firm and has successfully developed it over the last 26 years to the successful nationwide family based practice that it is today.

Prior to this Patrick had over thirty years legal experience working for other legal firms in Limerick and for Limerick City Council

Patrick mainly advises both private and commercial clients in respect of Residential and Commercial Property transactions, Planning Law and CPOs, Personal Injuries, Probate and Wills, Debt Recovery Actions and Licensing Law.

Patrick is also an Accredited Mediator and is qualified to assist in all forms of Mediation at our Limerick offices or nationwide.
