Niall Geaney

BA LLB Solicitor

Niall mainly advises clients in respect of Planning and Environmental Law, Residential and Commercial Property Law and Employment Law.

Niall is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

Niall is a member of the Irish Centre for European Law in Trinity College. Niall also sits on the Board of two charities currently - Halftimtalk CLG and Newgrove Housing Association (Part of Rehab Group). He also has a keen interest in sports law, particularly the area of Motorsport Law and advises the National Governing Body Motorsport Ireland.

Niall was educated at the University of Limerick where he graduated with an L.L.B Law Degree prior to qualifying as a Solicitor.

Niall established and has managed the Dublin office of Geaney Solicitors since early 2010.

Patrick Geaney

Solicitor / Mediator

Patrick established the firm in 1995 in Adare, County Limerick and has successfully developed it over the last 25 years to the successful nationwide family based practice that it is today.

Prior to this Patrick had over thirty years legal experience working for other legal firms in Limerick and for Limerick City Council

Patrick mainly advises both private and commercial clients in respect of Residential and Commercial Property transactions, Planning Law and CPOs, Personal Injuries, Probate and Wills, Debt Recovery Actions and Licensing Law.

Patrick is also an Accredited Mediator and is qualified to assist in all forms of Mediation at our Limerick offices or nationwide.
